Simply login to your PATIENT PORTAL then click the MAKE A PAYMENT option under the STATEMENT SUMMARY section. All payments through the Patient Portal are automatically posted to your account. You can also print a receipt of your payment after it has been made.

Other Payment Methods
To make a one-time payment without going through the Patient Portal, the following options are also available:
- Zelle – A free and fast payment service offered by most major banks. To make a payment using Zelle, login to your online banking web site or app. Select the Zelle payment option and enter the recipient email address as [email protected]. Include the patient’s name in the Memo section to ensure the payment is applied correctly to your account balance.
- Phone-in payment – Call us at 818-788-2155 and provide your debit or credit card information. A receipt will be emailed to the address provided immediately after the payment is processed.
