Patient Billing

A clear explanation of fees will be provided prior to your treatment. We strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  

Your eligibility will be verified and we will work with your insurance provider to assist you in maximizing your insurance benefit. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will process your insurance claims and payments. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks. A detailed statement will be provided to you. Make sure to let us know if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment/s within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.

Pay with peace of mind. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

We can process payments:

  • BY PHONE – Call 818-788-2155 to make your payment over the phone.
  • BY MAIL – Mail your personal check or credit card information with your statement. 

Payment Arrangements

Your prompt payments are very much appreciated.

Patients who pay in advance for their entire treatment may be eligible for a discount. Our office manager will provide you with details on the types of discounts available. (NOTE: Discounts apply only to treatment services and does not include initial examination, general cleaning, and consultations. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers).

Requests to set up a monthly payment plan must be made prior to the actual procedure.

Healthcare Financing is also available through CareCredit, a third-party that offers a credit line for dental services, allowing you to spread payments over time. Click the CareCredit link below to learn more or to submit your application.
